Holiday The goal of the SAFETY Act is to encourage the development and deployment of new and innovative anti-terrorism products and services. The SAFETY Act provides important legal liability protections for providers of qualified Anti-Terrorism Technologies – whether they are products, services, software, or other forms of intellectual property. The aim of the SAFETY Act is to ensure the possessors of such anti-terrorism technologies are not deterred by the threat of liability from developing and commercializing products and technologies that could save lives in the event of a terrorist attack.
