RBTC Access to Capital Committee for our next Access to the Capital Forum: “Small Bucks, Big Bang!” The
agenda is focused on our region's core competency: bootstrapping. Gain practical bootstrapping knowledge from local entrepreneurs and learn about funding sources available for early and growth stage companies. This year the event will conclude with Pitch Clinic Cannon where 8-10 companies will compete for a monetary prize by sharing their 2 minute business pitch.

Ed is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Brazen Careerist, a career focused social networking site targeting Gen Y. He is also Managing Partner of Zeitgeist Holdings, L.L.C., an angel investment firm focused on investing in early stage technology companies. From 1996 to 2005, he was President and CEO of Arc Second Inc., a high growth market leader in the field of laser based, high-precision GPS.

About the RBTC Access to Capital Committee:
Access to capital is a critical component to a technology ecosystem. The RBTC Access to Capital Committee seeks to improve the ability of technology companies in the RBTC region to find capital to fund the growth of new ideas. Further, we aim to lower barriers and increase the efficiency of fund raising through educational and networking activities. The committee is comprised of business professionals with practical experience in SBIR, bank financing, bootstrapping, angel, and venture funding. There are two primary activities of the committee: monthly
Pitch & Polish Clinics and bi-annually Capital Access Seminars.
