There’s a classic cliché of misalignment between Sales and Marketing. After all, who should get the credit for that big win? The answer is both, because obtaining that win is a joint effort. In this discussion, we will explore how to improve alignment in sales and marketing to create a more powerful, high performance team. Bring your pad and paper, because we are going to walk through some exercises to uncover:
  • Your existing sales and marketing culture
  • What’s working well and where there is room for improvement within your team
  • The ideal state of your team
  • What new values and practices can be applied

Jennifer is a seasoned marketing leader with a diverse background in B2B technology and manufacturing marketing. Alongside sales leadership, her primary roles have included providing strategic direction to validate new markets for growth and drive expansion in existing segments through integrated marketing campaigns. She is also actively involved in the RBTC as a BusDev Forum committee member. Jennifer is a Virginia Tech and Radford University alumna and a southwestern Virginia native, currently residing in Roanoke with her husband and three children.
