Job Description FoxGuard Solutions is looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative. The role of Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new leads and opportunities for our cyber security business which serves the needs of critical infrastructure markets. You will work on a high-energy team consisting of colleagues from engineering, product management, and marketing to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and target markets. Your strong work ethic, passion to solve problems, ability to think creatively and collaborate with others is critical to your success in this position.

Job requirements for this position include (but not limited to):
• Prospecting and generating new sales opportunities within a list of target accounts
• Cold calling/emailing to generate new leads and opportunities
• Focusing on proactive business development activities
• Tracking sales activities, contacts and opportunities in CRM database
• Identifying, qualifying and validating company decision makers
• Identifying and researching lists of companies for targeted email and calling campaigns
• Making pre-event calls to exhibitors and/or attendees to set appointments at tradeshows and seminars
• Collaborating with sales, marketing and product management teams to develop and refine sales and marketing strategy
• Thinking creatively to identify new markets, products, and revenue streams providing recommendations to the organization
• Maintaining a working knowledge of new technologies and standards relevant to target markets
• Maintaining and grow knowledge of target markets, competitors and vendors

The ideal candidate should possess some or all of the following:
• Knowledge of computing, networking and/or cyber security concepts
• Prior sales experience in IT/OT markets
• Knowledge of NERC CIP standards and/or other compliance standards related to CIKR markets
• Experience in controls automation environments in the power utility industry and/or other CIKR markets
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity, strong work ethic, and love of problem solving
• Ability to stay motivated and work with minimal supervision

Education Requirements:
• B.S. or B.A. Degree or equivalent experience.
