Job Description FoxGuard Solutions is looking for a full-time Technical Sales Specialist. The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new sales within our cyber security business which serves the needs of critical infrastructure markets. You will work on a high-energy team consisting of colleagues from engineering, product management, and marketing to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and target markets. Your strong work ethic, passion to solve problems, ability to think creatively and collaborate with others is critical to your success in this position.

Job requirements for this position include (but not limited to):
• Achieving assigned sales quotas and goals
• Writing sales proposals
• Collaborating with engineering and product management to analyze requests for proposal
• Working with customers to gather and refine requirements, understanding the problems they are trying to solve, and making recommendations
• Performing product demonstrations
• Negotiating with customers to close opportunities
• Prospecting and generating new sales opportunities within established and new customers accounts
• Collaborating with marketing and product management to develop and refine collateral, messaging and strategy
• Maintaining a working knowledge of new technologies and standards relevant to target markets
• Managing all aspects of assigned customer accounts
• Maintaining sales and customer information in CRM database
• Traveling as needed for purposes of customer visits, seminars and tradeshows

The ideal candidate should possess some or all of the following:
• Knowledge of NERC CIP standards and/or other compliance standards related to CIKR markets
• Technical sales experience in IT/OT markets
• Technical knowledge of computing, networking and/or cyber security concepts
• Experience in controls automation environments in the power utility industry and/or other CIKR markets
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity, strong work ethic, and love of problem solving
• Ability to stay motivated and work with minimal supervision

Education Requirements:
• B.S. or B.A. Degree or equivalent experience.
