The
New Century Technology Council seeks a self-motivated
individual for Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Executive
Director. This position will
require a positive, people-person who is also detail oriented and likes
numbers. Responsibilities include:
Basic
Office Accounting, including A/P, A/R and tracking of various expense items
and monthly summarization. This also includes budget tracking and working
closely with
the NCTC Treasurer
Prioritize
and efficiently execute varying office managerial activities and
responsibilities as requested from the Executive Director
Manage
calendar of events, book reservations, coordinate volunteer resources and
event execution such as greeting members, collecting fees, handing out name
tags, etc.
Membership
& Sponsorship support
– providing a positive, helpful hand to our customers
Organize and document standard operating procedures of the NCTC
Accurately
maintain Membership database
Associate
degree or Bachelors in business or equivalent, and three years of experience
in office management. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Salary
commensurate with experience. EOE.
